1. How long has IPCOM-Group been operating?

IPCOM-Group has been operating continuously since 2003. Initially, we specialized in the production of telecommunication equipment, and over time we expanded our offer to include metal products. We entered the European market in 2022.

2. Can I buy products at retail?

No, we only sell wholesale. The minimum order quantity depends on the type of product. Details can be arranged directly with our sales advisor.

3. What are the lead times for orders?

The standard production time is usually 4–6 weeks. For more complex products, very large batches, or when special components must be purchased, lead times are determined individually and written into the contract.

4. What custom-made products do you offer?

All products from our catalogs can be customized in terms of color, dimensions, or type of fittings used. We also offer the possibility of producing similar products based on customer specifications or project documentation.

5. Do you provide a free quotation?

Yes, after determining the type of product and quantity, we prepare a free quotation that includes wholesale discounts and delivery costs.

6. What are the payment terms?

We require a 30–50% advance payment before production begins. The remaining amount is paid by the customer upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

7. Do you offer deferred payment terms?

No, we do not provide deferred payment options.

8. Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we issue an invoice with every order.

9. Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver our products throughout the European Union and to neighboring countries. We also carry out deliveries to the USA, Canada, Mexico, as well as Africa and Asia – for full-container orders.

10. How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 3–7 business days. For sea transport, the deadline must be agreed with our sales advisor.
